As a high-precision measuring instrument, vision measuring machines play a vital role in various fields of manufacturing.


1. 准备工作

- 确保测量环境稳定,避免温度、湿度变化对测量精度的影响。

- 接通电源,开启测量仪设备,并进行开机自检。

- 安装并校准测量探头,确保其与测量软件中的探头描述相匹配。

1. Preparation

- Ensure a stable measuring environment to avoid the impact of temperature and humidity variations on measurement accuracy.

- Connect the power supply, turn on the measuring instrument, and perform a power-on self-test.

- Install and calibrate the measuring probe to ensure it matches the probe configuration in the measurement software.

 

2. 软件操作

   - 启动测量软件,进行设备参数设置。

   - 根据测量需求选择合适的测量程序或手动编写测量路径。

   - 导入或创建被测物体的CAD模型,以便于在测量过程中进行比对。

2. Software Operation

   - Launch the measurement software and configure the equipment parameters.

   - Select an appropriate measurement program or manually program the measurement path according to the measurement requirements.

   - Import or create the CAD model of the measured object to facilitate comparison during the measurement process.

 

3. 样品准备

   - 将被测物体放置在测量仪的工作台上,调整至适当位置。

   - 确保被测表面清洁,无油污或其它影响测量的物质。

3. Sample Preparation

   - Place the workpiece on the stage of the measuring instrument and adjust it to a proper position.

   - Ensure the measured surface is clean, free from oil, grease or other contaminants that may affect measurement results.

 

4. 测量过程

   - 开始测量前,先进行测头校准,确保测量准确性。

   - 根据测量计划,操作测头进行接触式或非接触式测量。

   - 对于复杂形状的物体,可能需要分多个角度和位置进行测量。

4. Measurement Process

   - Perform probe calibration before starting measurement to ensure measuring accuracy.

   - Operate the probe to conduct contact or non-contact measurement in accordance with the measurement plan.

   - For workpieces with complex geometries, measurements may need to be taken from multiple angles and positions.

 

5. 数据处理

   - 测量完成后,软件会显示测量结果,包括各种几何特征的尺寸数据。

   - 对比CAD模型与实际测量数据,分析差异。

   - 如有必要,可对测量数据进行后处理,如滤波、平滑等。

5. Data Processing

   - Upon completion of measurement, the software will display the measurement results, including dimensional data for various geometric features.

   - Compare the CAD model with the actual measured data and analyze deviations.

   - If necessary, post-processing can be performed on the measured data, such as filtering and smoothing.

 

6. 报告生成

   - 生成测量报告,包括测量结果、偏差分析等。

   - 报告可以用于质量控制、加工调整或产品验证。

6. Report Generation

   - Generate measurement reports including measurement results, deviation analysis, etc.

   - The reports can be used for quality control, machining adjustment or product verification.

 

7. 清理与维护

   - 完成测量后,关闭测量仪,清理工作台,保持设备清洁。

   - 定期对测量仪进行维护和校准,确保测量精度。

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

   - After completing measurements, turn off the measuring instrument, clean the worktable and keep the equipment clean.

   - Perform regular maintenance and calibration on the measuring instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
