影像测量仪的维护保养知识 Maintenance and Servicing Knowledge of VMM

影像测量仪的精度很高，但是我们平常一定要注意保养，这样不仅可以保持仪器良好的工作状态，还可以保证仪器原有的精度，而且更能延长仪器的使用寿命。

Video Measuring Machine has high precision. Therefore, daily maintenance must be well attended to. It can not only keep the instrument in good working condition, but also maintain its original accuracy, and further extend the service life of the equipment.

影像测量仪的维护和保养方法：

Maintenance and Maintenance Methods of Video Measuring Machine：

1. 影像测量仪的LED光源使用寿命很长，但当有灯泡烧坏时，不要胡乱拆装，需要由专业人员更换。

1. The LED light source of the Video Measuring Machine features a long service life. In case of lamp damage, do not disassemble or assemble it arbitrarily; replacement shall be performed only by professional personnel.

2. 影像测量仪应放在清洁干燥的室内(室温20℃±5℃，湿度低于60%)，避免光学零件表面污损，金属零件生锈，尘埃杂物落入运动导轨，影响仪器机能。

2. The Video Measuring Machine shall be placed in a clean and dry indoor environment (ambient temperature: 20℃±5℃, humidity below 60%). This prevents contamination on the surface of optical components, rusting of metal parts, and dust or sundries falling into the moving guide rails to avoid affecting the machine performance.

3. 仪器的传动机构及运动导轨，应定期加润滑油，使机构运动顺畅，保持良好的使用状态。

3. Lubricating oil shall be regularly applied to the transmission mechanisms and moving guide rails of the instrument to ensure smooth operation and maintain favorable working conditions.

4. 它有精密部件，如影像系统、工作台、光栅尺以及Z轴传动机构等均需精密调校，所有调节螺丝与紧固螺丝均已固定，客户请勿自拆卸，如有问题请通知专业人员，如果自行拆卸会造成影像测量仪出现故障或精度降低，不在保修范围内。

4. This instrument is equipped with precision components, including the video imaging system, worktable, linear encoder and Z-axis transmission mechanism, which require precise calibration. All adjusting and fastening screws have been securely fixed. Customers are prohibited from disassembly without authorization. Please contact professional staff in case of any faults. Unauthorized disassembly may cause equipment failure or accuracy degradation, which shall not be covered by the warranty.

5. 影像测量仪所有电气接插件、一般不要拔下，如已拔掉，则必须按标记正确插回并拧紧螺丝，不正确的接插，轻则影响仪器功能，重则可能损坏系统。

5. Do not unplug all electrical connectors of the Video Measuring Machine under normal conditions. If disconnected accidentally, reconnect them strictly in accordance with the marks and fasten the screws securely. Improper connection will impair instrument functions in mild cases and cause system damage in severe cases.

6. 计算机上测量软件，已对工作台与光学尺的误差进行了精确补偿，请勿自行更改，否则，会产生错误的测量结果。

6. The measurement software installed on the computer has completed precise error compensation for the worktable and optical scale. Do not modify relevant parameters without permission; otherwise, erroneous measurement results will be generated.

7. 如果工作台玻璃及油漆表面脏了，可以用中性清洁剂与清水擦拭干净，绝不能用有机溶剂擦拭油漆表面，否则，会使油漆表面失去光泽。

7. If the glass surface of the worktable or painted surface gets dirty, wipe it clean with neutral detergent and clean water. Never use organic solvents to clean painted surfaces, otherwise the paint will lose its luster.

8. 使用影像测量仪完毕后，工作面应随时擦拭干净，最好再罩上防尘套。

8. After using the Video Measuring Machine, wipe the working surface clean in a timely manner, and cover the equipment with a dust cover for better protection.
