影像测量仪维护与保养小知识 Tips for Maintenance and Upkeep of VMM

​1. 仪器应放置在洁净干燥的室内（室温20°C±5°C，湿度在60%以下，避免光学部件表面污染，金属部件生锈，灰尘和碎屑落入移动导轨，影响仪器性能。

1. The instrument shall be placed in a clean and dry indoor environment at room temperature of 20°C±5°C and relative humidity below 60%, so as to avoid contamination on optical components, rust of metal parts, as well as dust and debris falling into the moving guide rails, which may affect the instrument performance.

2. 仪器使用后，应随时擦拭干净工作表面。最好盖上防尘夹克。

2. Wipe the working surface thoroughly right after each use. It is recommended to cover the instrument with a dust cover.

 

3. 仪器的传动机构和运动导轨应定期润滑，使机构运动平稳，保持良好的使用状态。

3. The transmission mechanism and moving guide rails of the instrument shall be lubricated regularly to ensure smooth movement and maintain good operating condition.

4. 工作台玻璃和油漆表面脏污。可以用中性洗涤剂和水擦拭干净。切勿使用有机溶剂擦拭油漆表面。否则，油漆的表面将变色。

4. If the worktable glass and painted surfaces get dirty, wipe them clean with neutral detergent mixed with water. Never wipe painted surfaces with organic solvents; otherwise, the paint surface will become discolored.

5. 仪表LED光源使用寿命长，但当出现灯泡烧坏时，请告知厂家，并更换专业人员。

5. The instrument LED light source has a long service life. In case of LED burnout, please notify the manufacturer and arrange replacement by professional personnel only.

6. 仪器精密部件，如图像系统、工作台、光学尺、Z轴传输机构等，需要精确调整。所有调节螺钉和紧固螺钉均固定。客户不应自行拆卸。如果有任何问题，请通知制造商。解决。

6. Precision components of the instrument such as the image system, worktable, optical linear scale and Z-axis transmission mechanism require precise adjustment. All adjusting and fastening screws are factory fixed. Users shall not disassemble them by themselves. Please contact the manufacturer for handling if any problem occurs.

7. 软件对工作台与光学刻度之间的误差进行了精确补偿。不要自己改变它。否则，将产生错误的测量结果。

7. The software has completed precise error compensation between the worktable and optical scale. Do not change the relevant parameters arbitrarily; otherwise, erroneous measurement results will be produced.

8. 仪器的所有电气连接器不应拔下。如果已拔出插头，则必须根据标记正确插入并拧紧。不正确的插入和松动会影响仪器的功能，损坏会损坏系统。

8. Do not unplug any electrical connectors of the instrument. If any plug is disconnected accidentally, reinstall and fasten it correctly according to the marks. Incorrect insertion or loose connection will affect the instrument functions and even damage the system.
