An optical microscope performs high-magnification optical imaging of the workpiece to be measured. The magnified image is captured by the CCD camera system and transmitted to a computer. It can efficiently inspect the contour, surface profile dimensions, angles and positions of various complex workpieces, especially for microscopic inspection and quality control of precision components.

Measured data can be directly imported into AutoCAD to generate complete engineering drawings, and the graphics can be exported as DXF files. The data can also be exported to Word and Excel for statistical analysis. It supports generating simple Xbar-S control charts and calculating various process parameters such as Ca.

手动影像测量仪Manual Video Measuring Machine

手动影像测量仪是指测量过程中通过人工手动操作，控制测量平台的X、Y移动，将待测工件移动至测量区域。手动影像测量仪是早期影影像测量的主要类型。通过手动操作能更能好的感知平台移动的速度，有效防止仪器因为误操作而引起的破坏。但是测量的效率较低，人工测量误差也较大。不适合极为精密的工件测量和大批量的工件测量需求。

A manual video measuring machine is operated manually throughout the measurement process. The operator controls the X and Y movement of the measuring platform to position the workpiece within the measurement field of view.

It was the mainstream type of early video measuring equipment. Manual operation allows operators to better sense the moving speed of the platform, effectively avoiding equipment damage caused by misoperation.

However, it features low measurement efficiency and relatively large manual measurement errors. It is not suitable for ultra-precision workpiece measurement or high-volume batch production inspection.
